Bringing you the best alternative cuts and indie floor-fillers, and your requests. You'll also be able to get hold of Rock Matrix merchandise and information from our stall on the night.

It's a completely free night out every Wednesday, so get yourself down there with your mates and find out what you've been missing by staying in and watching the TV each week.

Every Wednesday the DJs will be playing your requests, if you want to get yours in early to make sure the albums are available, submit your favourite tracks online in time for the next Rock Night!

Getting there by road travel:
The Rat and Parrot is at the West End of Bexleyheath Broadway A207, opposite Asda Superstore. Parking can be found in Asda car-park (50p for 2 hours) or just off Albion Road opposite the Superbowl (prices vary depending on time).

Getting there by public transport:
Bus services that stop outside or opposite the venue are:

The nearest train station is Bexleyheath Station which is about a mile walk. It is also served by bus routes: B11, B12 and B15.
