Why start a loyalty scheme?

(Question posed 29-01-2004)

The Loyalty card represents the attempt by us to reward and continuously develop the concept of reward for your time spent adding details, buying items or visiting us. The fact that there is a minimal charge is merely a way of ensuring less people use the site fraudulently and without intent of enhancing our offering to an ever-increasing network of music appreciators. The scheme has two levels, 1=(includes 10% discount) the £10 sign up fee and level 2=(includes 10% additional discount) those who input their efforts to enhance the Rock Matrix offering.

Why Do I Have To Pay To Be A Member?

(Question posed 05-02-2004)

The £10 cost of becoming a member is used to enhance our offering to our members. For each pound raised, this is put towards increasing the number of venues that we are working with and buying in more stock so that we may offer it at lower prices. A buy-in membership also ensures that less people use our facilities fraudulently.

What’s the difference between subscribing and joining the loyalty scheme?

(Question posed 09-02-2004)

By subscribing, you will only receive a regular e-mailed newsletter to the address that you input into the subscribe box. By becoming a fully paid member, you will receive a loyalty card which will give you 10% off all purchases from the Rock Matrix plus more which you can find out here.

(Question posed 27-01-2004)

On the product description page under the "delivery" section you will be informed of how long it may take us to receive and subsequently dispatch your product(s) to you. Please note that some products may go out of stock without us being able to change the details in time when you place your order. How do I select my size for clothing?

(Question posed 29-01-2004)

When you have added an item to the shopping basket in our online store, you are advised to inform us of the size that you require. This could be clothing size (Small, Medium, Large etc...), shoe size (4,5,6, etc...), dress size (8,10,12, etc...) or body measurements (eg: waist 32, chest 34). The link to adding additional comments is under the sub-total in the basket area. If you have paid for the item without selecting your size requirements, you may contact us by using our online form and state the size that you require. Please include your full name, e-mail address and the product(s) that you have ordered. We are currently developing our store area and in the future there will be menus for you to select your size whilst viewing the product. Please note that the Rock Matrix may not be able to supply you with the exact size of an item that you require. Please state any alternative sizes that you would accept in the comments box also.

Answer updated 29-01-2004

What colours do the clothes come in?

(Question posed 02-02-2004)

The colour of certain products are featured in the description of the clothing item. Eg: Band T-Shirt – Red. If there is a picture of the item, then that is the colour that the item will come in. If you are unsure, you may always contact us, and we will be happy to help with any queries that you may have.

Answer updated 02-02-2004

Why are there so few pictures?

(Question posed 02-02-2004)

The process for uploading images to The Rock Matrix store area is a long and slow process. This is because we have to source the product image (either from the vendor direct or to take a photo of the item ourselves), then resize the image so that it will fit neatly into our store area. We do upload a number of image every week, but due to the amount of products that we feature in the store, the percentage of images that we have can appear to be small.
