Pricing
All prices are in U.K pounds Sterling. If you are ordering outside of
the U.K please contact us at: purchases@rockmatrix.co.uk
for information regarding currency conversion and any other queries regarding
non U.K orders.
Payment
We welcome payment from U.K customers by the following methods:
- Credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro)
- Debit card (Switch, Solo, Visa Electron, Delta)
- Cheque
- Postal order
Please note that we do not accept American express or
Diner club cards.
We take security seriously and never enclose credit/debit card details
in emails. Currently we are not able to accept Splash Plastic cards, however
look out for this service soon!
Cheques
If you wish to pay by cheque you will have to make a postal order. Please
send your order on the order form provided. Please remember to include
your cheque guarantee card number and issue and expiry date on the back
of the cheque along with your name and Rock Matrix Membership number (if
applicable). Please make sure that you have included all of these details
as failure to do so will result in your order taking longer to process.
Postal order
Postal orders are available from any U.K post office. If you wish to
use this method of payment you will have to make a postal order. Please
send your order on the order form along with the Postal order to our address.
Delivery
First class U.K delivery is included on all orders.
You have the option to choose Recorded or
Special delivery. If you choose this option
the charge will be calculated before you proceed to completing your order.
For your own peace of mind we recommend you choose to have the item delivered
by recorded or special delivery especially when the item is of a high
value.
Please note that: Corsets, fragile and very heavy items
can only be posted by recorded or special delivery. We do not deliver
to P.O Box addresses.
This site operates a shopping cart, select the item you want, choose
colour/size/quantity and then you will be taken to a secure credit card
server and info screen. Orders are encrypted for
your security. We take security seriously and never enclose credit/debit
card details in emails.
Items in stock will be despatched between 3-14 working days (we will
contact you if there will be a delay on your order). If the item is not
in stock your order will take longer to be despatched. Most items are
despatched within 21 working days (we will contact you if there will be
a longer delay). Our corsets are handmade to order and will therefore
take longer to be despatched. Corsets should take (approximately) between
3-8 weeks. If the purchase is urgent we will do our best to fulfil the
order in the shortest amount of time possible.
Ordering with Items with different availabilities
If you are ordering items with different availabilities they can be ordered
in one of two possible ways:
* Make one delivery when the complete order is ready
* Deliver items separately as they become available (please note if you
choose this option and have decided to use either Recorded or Special
delivery, you will be charged for postage per item, i.e. 3 items = 3 separate
postage charges)
Please note your option choice in the additional comments box when you
make your order or write this on your order form.
"Cooling off" period
By law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within
seven working days of the day after the
date the item is delivered to you. This applies to the majority of our
products, with the exception of Corsets which are handmade to order. We
regret we also cannot accept cancellation for the purchase of Video, DVD
and CD's, where the item has been unsealed/removed from its packaging.
To cancel your order under this "cooling off" period please fill out
the delivery slip that accompanies your item(s) giving the reason for
return as "contract cancellation". Please package the item securely and
send it to us with the delivery slip, so that we can receive it within
7 working days of the day after the date that the item(s) was delivered

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Please note that you will be responsible for the
costs of returning goods to us, unless we delivered the item to
you in error or if the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back
from you with a delivery slip we may arrange for the item to be collected
from your residence at your own cost. Once we begin the delivery process
we will not be able to cancel any contract you have for additional services
carried out by us. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of
this order we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for
that item. We cannot refund any postage charges.

Returns Policy
You have the right to return faulty goods. If you take delivery of a
Rock Matrix package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you
must return the item(s) to us within 30 days
for exchange, with a written explanation of the fault. We will not be
held responsible for items damaged if not returned within 30 days. When
returning an item to The Rock Matrix please attach a
full description of the fault, along with a copy of your order
slip. Please note all items are checked individually by a member of our
staff for faults, before being despatched.
We will not accept returned CD's DVD's or videos if the shrink wrap/seals
are not still intact. We will only accept return of opened products if
the item is faulty. All items for return must be in original condition
and packaging unless faulty. We will not accept
returned corsets as they are made to order, unless there is a fault
in manufacture.
When trying on a corset, please try over a t-shirt and do not tight-lace.
We cannot accept tight-laced or worn corsets for refund or exchange. Intimate
items such as underwear and nightwear cannot be returned unless there
is a manufactures fault and they have not been worn.
If you have ordered the wrong item we will exchange or refund the item
cost only. If you have ordered the wrong size we will exchange the item
for another size at no extra cost (please note we will not return any
made to measure items, such as corsets. Also we cannot exchange/refund
DVD'S, CD's or videos if removed from the original packaging). In both
cases you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If
you are unsure of sizing please contact us before placing your order.
If you have any questions about an item to do not hesitate to contact
us before you purchase the item and we shall try to answer your queries.
Lost or Missing items
Lost or missing items. If an item does not reach you within 30 days after
the day the items where despatched to you (this should be 30 days after
the specified delivery period). If you do not contact us within 30 days
after the specified delivery period, we will not be able to deal with
lost or missing items. Please phone/write to us. If you are concerned
about the amount of time that an order is taking please contact us so
that we can check your orders progress.

Refused orders
We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil orders
where we have experienced cases of fraud from an individual or a company.
Orders are processed using World Pay. If an order is refused you will
be notified by Phone, Post or Email. If we believe the transaction to
be fraudulent we will take all necessary action to make sure the order
is genuine. If supplying an email address your order will be processed
faster if your email address is NOT a web based email account such as
Hotmail or Yahoo. This is due to the statistics that show most cases of
fraudulent orders are made using web based email accounts.

of the links. The Rock Matrix will always to their best to ensure
that no websites linked from our website contains offensive or illegal

Extra Stuff
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
with English law, and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve
any disputes between us. When buying goods and services on the internet
you are entering a legally binding contract.
