What are these accounts?
We have lots of information flowing in and out of this website, and it would be impossible for us to track it all ourselves. With your own account you will be able to control the information and data that people see when they come to this website. For Online, Business, Artist, or Lifestyle accounts, we will arrange for your account to access those parts of the site for which you have outside responsibility, and give you the tools to edit these.
How to get an account?
To sign up for an account, first click here and sign up, which will get you a trial account, then you must purchase an account upgrade from our store for a Lifestyle Account, or an Online Account, Artist Account, or Business Account,
with the dual purpose that doing so validates your details, and if you use a credit card, also your age, and also helps us fund the cost of running our website, and other activities.
Having signed up, you will receive an email which you must check and follow the link to activate and validate your account from. Once this is done you can then use your premium account immediately. However, it will be up to us to assign what areas you will be able to access, so you may need to provide additional information for us to verify that you are who you say you are.
If you just want to try things out, don't worry, you can always buy an
upgrade to your account to get new features later on.

Online Account
Online accounts only include full range of online benefits, including
an online gig guide with email notification in advance of events of interest
to you, an advanced favourites system and contact preferences which allow you
to control what exciting information you receive from us, ability to manage
your 'Rock Friends', and send bulletin messages to them all, or in groups.
Bands and Businesses can gain
more useful features by signing up for artists and
business accounts.

Lifestyle Account
'Lifestyle' accounts grant you all the benefits of the 'Online'
account package, and much more, which we will detail here soon, including all
those listed at our Loyalty Card Scheme.

Artist Account
Artist accounts give you all of the facilities of the Online Account but allow for you to edit your own artist information, to sponsor
Rock Matrix pages, and have satellite accounts for all members of your band
(which will automatically link to your artists profile) if you wish.

Business Account
Business accounts give you all of the facilities of the
Online Account but allow for you to edit your own
business information, to sponsor Rock Matrix pages, and have satellite
accounts for your staff if you wish.
